A personal blog · Singapore

One quiet line kept from each ordinary day I live.

I am Farah. I work part-time at a clinic admin desk and come home to a flat near Marsiling MRT. This site is my daybook in public — not a magazine, not a brand, just one person tracing what the hours leave behind.

I write about the ring a cup leaves on a kopitiam table. The same market auntie who remembers my order. A dropped card returned by a stranger. Small things, logged in plain sentences, because the day's outline fades faster than I expect.

Most entries are from Woodlands and Marsiling — the blocks I walk without a map. Occasionally I write from somewhere else, when an ordinary errand crosses an edge I cannot forget. Those entries sit in the logbook too, dated and honest about what I did not see.

About Farah

I keep this logbook from Blk 517 Woodlands Drive 14. My mornings start at the kopitiam downstairs or the market before the heat settles. I notice cup rings, fare gates, the way a waterfront path draws a clean line when the tide is out.

I write in short sentences because that is how memory arrives for me — one fact, then the next, with space between. If you want the longer picture of who I am and why this site exists, the about page has it.
